Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, as part of a visit to New York, signed a goodwill declaration under the Zero waste project, initiated by the wife of President Emine Erdogan.
The signing ceremony was held in the “Turkish house” in New York.
Erdogan was the first person to sign a goodwill declaration under the Zero waste project. The head of state signed a declaration through the Internet portal https://zerowastecommitment.com.
Erdogan, together with his wife, also signed an advertising shield prepared as part of the project.
The Zero waste project was initiated by Emine Erdogan in 2017 and turned into a world brand in the protection of the environment.
The declaration is open for signing from September 18 on the website https://zerowastecommitment.com.
