Turkey is a stronghold of peace and stability in its region against the background of growing uncertainty in the global arena.
This is the Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan in the commemorative book of the Mausoleum of the founder of the Turkish Republic of Mustafa Kemal Ataturk – “Annytkabir”. The head of state visited the complex accompanied by members of the country’s Higher Military Council.
“In this critical period, when uncertainty is growing in the world, and in our geography, hot conflicts occur and political killings are being committed, Turkey stands out as a stronghold of stability and peace in its region,” the Turkish leader wrote.
President Erdogan emphasized that Turkey is determined to defend its national interests in the face of expansionist ambitions that have recently revived.
“We will not give the opportunity to carry out our plans to those who seek to turn the region into the bloody sea, continuing to be a source of trust for our friends, as well as for citizens of our country,” the commemorative record says.
