Turkey by spring will complete the construction of the infrastructure of new bases and will deprive terrorists of the opportunity to step there again. This was stated by President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, speaking at a meeting with the elders in Ankara.
The Head of State noted that Turkey continues operations outside its borders and will not allow terrorists to “pollute the homeland with its dirty presence.”
“If today terrorism within our borders is put an end, then the most important reason for this is the operations that we carry out in Iraq and Syria,” said Erdogan.
The Turkish leader said that 59 terrorists were neutralized during December 22.
“We will never leave the blood of our martyrs on Earth,” he added.
According to the president, Turkey will decisively continue the operation until the last terrorist ceases to pose a threat to the country and the people.
Erdogan also noted that the reserves of the Central Bank of Turkey beat the record, reaching $ 145 billion, which is the highest rate in its history.
“The numbers show that the inflation rate in recent months has begun to decline. A decrease in inflation will be more clearly visible in the coming period,” the Turkish leader added.
