Erdogan: Turkish contract sector can get at least 10% of world’s share

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said that the Turkish contract sector can receive at least 10 percent of the world market share in the coming decade.

Erdogan stated this, speaking at the award ceremony to Turkish contracting companies.

The Head of State recalled that 42 Turkish contracting companies were included in the rating of the largest contracting companies (TOP-250) in 2022. Erdogan also emphasized that six more Turkish consulting companies are included in the top-225 international technical consultants.

The Turkish leader called great success that Turkish contracting and consulting companies have become prestigious world ratings while the world, including developed countries, covered the global economic crisis.

“During visits to foreign countries, we become witnesses of projects implemented by Turkish companies. We are proud of this,” he said.

Erdogan noted that the potential of Turkish companies, including in the field of construction, allows us to achieve even greater success.
