Only in 2024, the defense companies in Turkey set a serious record, exporting products in 178 different countries of the world. This was stated by Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan at the international exhibition of the defense, aviation and space industry Saha Expo 2024, held in Istanbul.
The President noted that the Saha Expo exhibition will sign agreements for a total of $ 6.2 billion, of which 4.6 billion dollars are exported contracts.
The head of state also spoke about the projects of Turkish satellites Türksat 6A and İMece, noting that the experience gained as part of these projects will be used in the preparation and implementation of the Lunar Mission of Turkey.

The Saha Expo 2024 exhibition was organized with the support of 6 ministries and the defense industry department under the administration of the Turkish President. The global information partner of the event is the Anadola agency.
