Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan held a telephone conversation with Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev.
This is stated in the message of the Communications Department of the Administration of the President of Turkey.
According to this information, during the conversation, leaders discussed bilateral relations between Turkey and Azerbaijan, regional and global issues.
President Erdogan noted with satisfaction that Türkiye and Azerbaijan will continue to develop cooperation in all areas, guided by the principle of “two states – one people.”
Recep Tayyip Erdogan emphasized that Türkiye fully supports the establishment of a strong world in the region of the South Caucasus and will continue to support Azerbaijan.
