Erdogan: Türkiye is aimed at expanding turnover with Russian Federation

Turkey is aimed at bringing the volume of bilateral turnover with Russia to $ 100 billion.

This was stated by Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan at a meeting with Russian colleague Vladimir Putin as part of the SCO summit in Astana.

The Turkish leader expressed confidence in the presence of potential to achieve this goal.

The head of state also said that Ankara and Moscow are negotiating regarding the construction of Sinop NPP in Turkey. “I believe that we can take serious steps in this direction,” he said about this.

During the meeting, President Erdogan invited his colleague to visit Turkey. The Russian leader accepted the invitation.
