The command of military operations, which overthrew the BAAS party, announced the appointment of Esaad Hassan Shebani to the post of head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Provisional Government of Syria.
Earlier, Sheybani held the post of head of the political affairs department of the Civil Administration in Idlib. He was responsible for interaction with representatives of foreign states and international organizations, including UN institutions and humanitarian structures.
Esaad Hassan Shebani was born in 1987 in Hasek. In 2009, he graduated from the Faculty of English and Literature of the University of Damascus.
In 2011, he joined the national movement opposed to the regime, and actively participated in the protests that grew into armed resistance.
