The surface of Lake Yshykly in the southwestern province of Denizley for three months of the year is covered with water lilies, which attracts the attention of residents and guests of Turkey.
The colorful lake is located 120 km from the administrative center of the province, and from June to August it is especially popular among tourists. Everyone can ride a boat here and enjoy a panorama of a reservoir for an hour, an area of 7.3 thousand ha.
Residents of Denizli are engaged in fishing on Lake Yshykly, and restaurants are operating off the coast.
The head of the municipality of the district, Chivaril Niyazi Vural, said that last year, Yshykly visited more than 100 thousand tourists, and this year this figure will reach 300 thousand people.
“The peak of the recreation season is June -Coon of Augustus,” Vural said, inviting everyone to visit the colorful corner of Anatolia.
