The Estonian Frankenburg Technologies defense industry company plans to open a low -range anti -aircraft missiles in Latvia.
According to ERR agency, the company has already entered into an agreement on cooperation with the Ministry of Defense of Latvia, which opens up opportunities to jointly work with national armed forces.
In addition to the plant, Frankenburg Technologies plan to open a research and development center in Latvia.
According to the reign of Frankenburg Technologies, Weko-Wello Palm, the choice fell in Latvia by chance. “The country has strong traditions of rocket science and talented engineers. Cooperation with the Riga Technical University has already proved its effectiveness. Latvia has everything necessary for further development and production,” he explained.
Frankenburg Technologies – a company founded in 2024. The headquarters is located in Tallinn. In addition to Estonia, the company has representative offices in Latvia, Lithuania, Ukraine and Great Britain.
