“No decisions about the future of Ukraine can be made without her participation,” Mikhal emphasized.
He attracted attention to the fact that Russia’s attacks have caused significant damage to the energy system of Ukraine, which, unfortunately, was reflected throughout the country.
“Winter will be harsh, and we must provide comprehensive assistance to Ukrainians. The next party of assistance from Estonia, including turbines, generators and transformers, will arrive here no later than a month,” the head of the Estonian government added.

In Kyiv, Michal will also meet with the Minister of Digital Transformation Mikhail Fedorov, the Minister of Defense Rustema Umarov and Foreign Minister Andrei Sibiga, and also laid a wreath at the wall of memory of the fallen for Ukraine.
Michal is accompanied by a delegation of the Estonian companies engaged in cyber protection, which includes representatives of about ten different enterprises.
