In Baku, a meeting of Azerbaijani Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, Jayhun Bayramova, with a special representative of the European Union in the South Caucasus visited the South Caucasus, was held.
As reported by the press service of the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry, during the meeting the parties exchanged views on the current situation in the region, including the division of the state border, the opening of communications, the implementation of infrastructure projects and other issues.
Informed the opposite side about the implementation of tripartite statements, Minister Jeyhun Bayramov in this context stressed the inadmissibility of the Action of Armenia, serving the exacerbation of the situation, noted the nonsense of claims and reservations of the Armenian side.
Special Replicor recalled that the European Union stands for peace, development and well-being in the region and is ready to provide appropriate support for this.
Parties also discussed issues of bilateral cooperation, including in the economic sphere, as well as in connection with the negotiations on a new agreement between Azerbaijan and the EU.
