The head of the diplomacy of the European Union Josep Borrel said that if Serbia wants to become a member of the European Union in the future, she should impose sanctions against Russia for the war in Ukraine, European truth reports.
“The ministers expressed a clear expectation from partners as future members to comply with European values and international politics. Those who have not yet done it – and Sebia is one of them – should accelerate and impose sanctions as soon as possible,” the head of European diplomacy added.
He once again emphasized that the EU expects from candidates for EU membership to fully coordinate his international policy with the European Union.
