Evgeny Serebryakov, who organized a terrorist attack using a mined car in Moscow, was detained in Bodrum.
This was announced by the Minister of Internal Affairs of Turkey Ali Erlikay.
, in a statement published on social networks, the minister explained that on Wednesday at 10.30 in the morning the organization called the Russian unit and reported the arrival of Serebryakov to Turkey by the Moscow-Bodrum flight.
The minister added that the employees of the Russian unit of Interpol also transmitted information that Serebryakov organized a terrorist attack using a mined car in Moscow and that two people were injured as a result of the attack.
According to the minister, as a result of investigations, it was found that Serebryakov entered the Bodrum Airport at 09.40, that he was not identified, since he was not listed in the Interpol database on the international wanted list, and also was not Active recording UYAP:
“The necessary coordination was ensured by the intelligence department and the Department of Interpol/Europol, the MIT department, the migration control department, the anti -terrorism department and the police department of the province of Mugla, and the person corresponding to the identification information and the photographs indicated in the letter received from the Russian division of Interpol, He was detained by the departments of the police department of Mugla in Bodrum.
The Minister thanked everyone, “who continues to decisively fight terrorists both inside and outside Turkey, as well as terrorism on a global scale.”
