The trial was completed in the criminal case of the former assistant to the head of the executive branch of Goychi Vakhid Isaev.
As Haqqın.az was known, on the on the eve of the Shekinsky Court of Crime Crime Court of Criminal Criminal Criminal, the chairmanship of the judge Bilal Mammadov was announced by the verdict according to which Isaev was canceled under Article 178 (Fraud) of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan. He was found guilty under Article 312.2 (incitement to give a bribe) and sentenced to 4 years in prison. Isaev was arrested in the courtroom.
Recall, Isaev was detained by the Main Directorate for Combating Corruption under the Prosecutor General. In relation to him, charges under Articles 311.3.1 (receiving a bribe by a group of persons in conspiracy) and 311.3.4 (receiving a bribe by intimidation) of the Criminal Code and 312.2 (incitement to the giving a bribe).
