The trial of the criminal case of the former head of the executive authority of the Elakhsky district of Games Sadov was completed, local media reported.
According to the report, Samedov was sentenced to the Shekinsky court for grave crimes by 7 years and 3 months of imprisonment. He was detained in the courtroom.
Previously, Samedov was released from custody due to health problems and suffered an operation on the heart.
The former head of the executive authorities of the Evlach was arrested at the end of last year. He was charged under articles 179.3.2 (assignment in large scale), 311.3 (receiving bribes in large scale), 308 (abuse of official authority) of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan.
