Arrested by the former head of the executive authority of the city of Baku Rasim Guliyev, reports QafqazInfo.
According to information, Rasim Guliyev was arrested for corruption crimes. A court decision against it is elected a measure of preventive in the form of arrest.
Note that Rasim Guliyev served as the head of the IV Baku’s head of the office in the period from 2010 to 2018. The publication notes that Rasim Guliyev is a brother of the head editor of the Səs newspaper Bakhruz Guliyev.
