In the coming days, the ex-head of the Sabail municipality Ahmed Huseynov will appear before the court.
According to haqqın.az, the preliminary investigation in the case has already ended. Materials in the criminal case were sent to the Baku court for serious crimes for consideration. A preliminary meeting in the case is scheduled for January 11, the trial will be preserved by Judge Muhammad Akperov.
Note that A. Guseynov, having entered a preliminary conspiracy with a group of persons, tried to assign land plots at a total cost of 1 million 824 thousand manat, and also forged an official document.
He was charged under Article 178.4 of the Criminal Code (fraud on an especially large scale).
The victims of the case were recognized as the State Service for Property Assignment under the Ministry of Economics and the municipality of the Sabail region.
