Former Minister of Health and Social Development of Russia Mikhail Zurabov, who owns 12.5% of the Congressian copper-molybdenum plant, demanded an annulment of a transaction for the sale of 60% of the plant’s shares to the Russian billionaire Roman Trocenko, report Armenian media.
It is noted that the claim was filed and immediately signed on October 10. According to the Armenian media reports, after the acquisition of 60% of the shares of the Congressian copper-molybdenum plant, the Russian company “Geopromine” represented by the Russian billionaire Trotsenko passed 15% of them by the Office of Armenian Prime Minister Nikola Pashinyan. That is, actually Zurabov is now suing and with Pashinyan himself to save their assets.
