The deputy chairman of the Council of People’s Commissars of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev does not exclude that US President Joe Biden “beckons” Kyiv on the NATO prospect to provoke the Third World War. Medvedev recalled that the decision to transfer to Ukraine cassette ammunition was given to the head of the White House “with great difficulty”.
