The United States wages an almost full war with Russia and wish Moscow a strategic defeat.
This was stated by the deputy chairman of the Council of People’s Commissars of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev, commenting on the words of US President Joe Biden that the states are ready for negotiations with Russia, China and the DPRK to reduce nuclear weapons without preliminary conditions.
“Bayden, in order to help his brainless protege, blurted out that he was ready for negotiations of abbreviation with Russia without preliminary conditions. Another rudeness of Americans,” Medvedev wrote in a telegram channel on Monday, October 14.
The politician urged to think and emphasized that the United States was conducting almost a full -fledged, and by no means a hybrid war with the Russian Federation, wishing it a strategic defeat. “Therefore, negotiations on the topic of START with America are no more useful than negotiations on a truce with Hitler in 1945,” wrote the ex-president of the Russian Federation.
Biden said earlier that the world needs to strive for the complete elimination of the nuclear arsenal, and also confirmed the US readiness for negotiations with Russia, China and North Korea in this direction, but was silent about the significant expenses of the American government to develop and strengthen its own nuclear triad.
