From the materials of the case it follows that in the spring of 2012, Mukhtar Medzhidov, who then held the post of Deputy Prime Minister of the Dagestan Government, “abusing the trust of the Ministry of Defense employees in the person of the air forces with whom he had a personal acquaintance”, lobbied the interests of the Izberbashsky OJSC ” Radio Plant named after Pleshakov P.
