The former Greece Prime Minister Georgios Papandreu announced the importance of dialogue between Ankara and Athens, saying that the positive agenda will be more useful in bilateral relations, TRT in Russian reports.
In an interview with the newspaper to VIMA, Papandreu said that Turkey and Greece were very close to solving the problem of the continental shelf in 2004, and pointed out the importance of dialogue in bilateral relations.
“The fear of dialogue creates a feeling of helplessness. It creates a space for the intervention of third parties as intermediaries, but, as usual, in its interests … My experience showed that a positive agenda has great advantages than the logic” of the enemy of my enemy “My friend,” said Papandreu.
