The Moscow Court rejected the complaint of the defense of the arrest of the former deputy minister of the Russian Federation Dmitry Bulgakov, accused of particularly large fraud.
“The court examined the appeal of the defense of Bulgakov and decided to leave the complaint, and the decision of the first instance is without change,” the decision of the judge, whose words quoted TASS.
In turn, the former deputy head of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation stated that it is under the sanctions of almost all “unfriendly countries”, and therefore simply cannot hide abroad.
In addition, in the case of the ex-Zamglava of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation Bulgakov, two more people arrested.
Earlier, the Basmanny Court of Moscow sent Bulgakov under the arrest until September 25. He was charged with fraud on an especially large scale.
