Director of the Safenet Regional Engineering Center of the National Technological Initiative (NTI) Denis Kuvikov said how to cool the tablet or smartphone in case of overheating. It is reported by RIA Novosti.
According to the expert, the electronic device can be heated for various reasons, including overheating can be caused by the work of the malicious software. Kuvikov advised the device in case of overheating, do not try to cool it quickly, as it can cause even more harm.
“better hide the gadget in a cool place, remove the cover and allow it to cool on your own. Turn off all unnecessary applications and disconnect your mobile Internet. Just in case, scan antivirus gadget: overheating can be caused by the work of hidden malware,” he said.
Also Kuvikov said that the device can be heated under the influence of external high temperatures.
Kuvikov recommended not to keep the phone under direct sunlight, and at a temperature of more than 35 degrees of heat and to abandon the use of the device at all. In addition, the expert advised not to wear dense covers on the device, as it interferes with air circulation and leads to overheating. To prevent the heating of the tablet or smartphone, you can also reduce the number of applications used.
“Adjust the internal settings in advance: Reduce the screen brightness level, turn off the Bluetooth and GPS, cancel the automatic application update, – these actions will not only save your gadget, but will allow him to be discharged slowly,” he added.
