Russian LNGs in the results of October shipped a record for this year of 3.06 million tons of LNG. This is reported by Kommersant with reference to Kpler data.
By October, plants in the Russian Federation completed all planned repairs and reached full production capacity.
Most of LNG during the open navigation for Severput continued to go to Asia, and Belgium returned to the purchases with Yamal LNG – one of the largest buyers of the plant.
The export of Russian LNG in October turned out to be the highest in the current year – 3.06 million tons, which is 2.5% higher than the previous year. The indicator is second only to a record of 3.2 million tons set in December 2023. In general, in January-October, LNG shipments from the Russian Federation grew by 4.65% year by the year, to 27.4 million tons.
From the October volumes of 1.33 million tons went to Asia, 1.16 million tons to Europe. Throughout the year, Europe remained the main market for Russian LNGs, which took up to 53% of total supplies in ten months. During the opening of the navigation for sowmorpay, part of the goods from the Russian Federation is traditionally reoriented to the markets of the Asia-Pacific region (APR).
