The famous Azerbaijani wrestler, coach, Honored Worker of Physical Culture and Sports Jamal Yagubov, left the lives.
Jagubes repeatedly became the champion of Azerbaijan and the winner of the USSR Championships in the Greco-Roman wrestling. Honored ranks “Master of Sports”, “Excellent of Folk Enlightenment of the USSR”, “Honorary Worker of Physical Culture and Sports”. As the coach raised the Pleiad of Sports Masters.
In 1975-1980, he was heading the department of struggle and its techniques of the Azerbaijan State Academy of Physical Education and Sport, in 1981-1986 – was the Dean of the Sports Faculty, and in 1987-1992 – Vice-Rector for Sports University. For a long time, the associate professor of the department of struggle and its techniques worked. For more than 30 years, she was engaged in scientific and pedagogical activities, was the organizer of sports and training events, a member of the Executive Committee of the Federation of Combating and Association of National Sports of Azerbaijan.
By the order of the President of Azerbaijan dated December 29, 2010 awarded the honorary title “Honored Worker of Physical Culture and Sports”.
