Filipino Radio-friendly and famous journalist Orlando Dina was shot dead in his own apartment in the city of Bansalan, reports Police of Mindanao.
It is reported that an armed person burst into the Newsline Philippines Agency’s reporter’s apartment and leading Energy FM Orlando Dino and shot it six times. From the received RAS journalist died in place.
“One of the possible causes of murder is his journalistic activity,” said the police chief in an AFP interview.
According to the National Union of Journalists of Philippines, Dina became the 21st journalist, killed since the President Rodrigo Dwarte came to power in 2016.
