Vasil Latsian has more than 20 years of international work experience in the telecommunications industry, including in the Netherlands, Ukraine, Italy, Russia, Belarus, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan and India. He owns deep knowledge in the field of mobile and fixed communications, information technologies, banking and online trading.
Before the arrival at Neqsol Holding, Vasil Latsin worked as the Director General of the Russian telecom operator Beeline, Vice-President of the Netherlands Telecommunications Company Veon, and also held a number of governing positions in MTS, including as a vice president of strategy, marketing and digital development. In his new position, Vasil Latsian will deal with the strategic management of the existing telecommunications assets of Neqsol Holding, as well as the expansion of the presence markets.
To date, the Group owns telecommunication assets in Azerbaijan, Ukraine and Georgia.
