Fatikh Karakhan was born in the city of Eskishekhir in 1982. In 2006 he graduated from the Faculty of Mathematics and Industrial Engineering of the University of Brozichi. He received a master’s degree and doctor of economics at the University of Pennsylvania in 2012.
