Finland President Sauli Ninisto appointed the 77th government of the country, led by the leader of the National Coalition Party (NKP), Peteri Orpan.
This is stated in the message of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Scandinavian country.
The new Government of Finland will consist of 19 ministers: eight of the National Coalition Party, seven from the Party of True Finns, four from the Swedish People’s Party and the Party of Christian Democrats.
The leader of the True Finns party Riikka Purra is appointed Minister of Finance.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs was headed by Elina Valtonen, the Minister of Defense became Anti Hyakkyanen (both from the NKP).
