Finland Prime Minister Sanna Marin said that he supports the republic’s border service plans for the construction of a fence in some sections of the border with Russia, Russian media write.
“I believe that a parliamentary consensus is still necessary on this issue, for example, between parliamentary parties. However, there are prerequisites for making a decision,” said Finnish Prime Minister.
The politician also added that “we are not talking about a quick process” and will take several years to build fences at the border.
