Finland allocates the 12th package of military assistance to Ukraine, which will include heavy artillery and ammunition, the Finnish government said.
“The Minister of Defense of Mikko Savola said that Finland would supply Ukraine with heavy artillery and ammunition,” the press release says.
According to the statement, the cost of equipment is more than 400 million euros. In total, Helsinki delivered military assistance to Ukraine in the amount of 590 million euros.
Earlier, Finland President Sauli Ninisto said that his country could transfer to Ukraine a small batch of Leopard tanks in case of creating a “joint European project to assist Ukraine.”
