The Board of Directors of the International Boxing Federation (IBA) voted for the abolition of the previous decision and made boxers of Russia and Belarus to competitions under his auspices with immediate entry into force.

Respecting their autonomy as an international sports federation, IBA should remain politically neutral and independent.
