Facility Management Group (FMG) has announced an ISO 41001 certificate obtaining a real estate management system. The certificate was received on December 21, 2021 and suggests that the management system has been created and implemented in accordance with the provisions of the International Standardization Organization standard.
It should be noted that FMG is the first and only company in Azerbaijan, which received the ISO 41001: 2018 certificate. In the CIS, only seven companies have this certificate and among them there are no companies operating in real estate.
Real estate management (FM) combines several disciplines affecting the efficiency and performance of the society, communities and organizations, as well as ways to interact people with an artificial environment. FM affects the health, well-being and quality of life most of the society and the population of the world through the services that it rules and provides.
In the context of global competition, organizations and providers of FM services must be communicated with each other with interested parties (users), using general principles, concepts and terms.
