Aztelecom LLC of the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies in the framework of projects to expand the coverage area and improving the quality of the services provided for the first time is the network based on GPON technology (Gigabyte Passive Optical Network) in villages.
So, in the village of Gadashoba Khachmaz district and villages of Shaftataal, Ashaga Seidryl and the Mehdilijile of the Zardabsky district, the telecommunications infrastructure is modernized, optical lines are laid, the GPON technology is introduced. The construction of the fiberboard line is completed with a length of more than 10 km in the village of Gadashoba and more than 3 km in the specified villages of the Zardabsky district.
As a result of the project for more than 1000 families in the Gadasobe and 500 families in the said villages of the Zardabsky district, the possibility of accessing modern telecommunication services will be created. Along with a high-quality jump, the implementation of this technology allows you to expand the range of services provided. In addition, the technical capabilities of this network are planned taking into account the expansion of residential buildings and an increase in the number of new subscribers in the future.
To provide citizens of high-quality broadband access services, it is planned to carry out work on the reconstruction of the network with the introduction of GPON technology and in other regions of Azerbaijan.
