The first president of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev will continue to have the right to perform at government meetings and before the Parliament of the Republic. This follows from changes made by the Majilis (Lower Chamber) of Parliament to the relevant constitutional law, reports TASS.
“The first president owns the right to perform in front of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its chambers, at the meetings of the Government of the Republic when discussing important issues for the country; to enter into the Constitutional Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan,” says a new edition of the sub-paragraph in the Constitutional Law “On First President of the Republic Kazakhstan – Ebbasy. ” According to the previous version, the first chapter of the republic also belonged to the right to head the ownership and ANK. The remaining provisions of this law are preserved.
In addition, the necessary changes were made by Mazhilis deputies to the laws on the Security Council and the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan. Adjustments relate to the fact that the Soviet and ANC will now lead the current president of the country.
All of the above-mentioned novels are included in the draft laws approved by the lower chamber of the Parliament on amending the laws on elections and political parties. The documents have already been admitted to the Senate, after which they will have to sign the head of state.
On the eve of Kazakhstan’s Majilis, the amendments were adopted, according to which the first President of the country Nursultan Nazarbayev will lose their lifelong law of the presidency in the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan and the Security Council.
