Institute of Education In collaboration with UNICEF continues to implement the project called “Psychological support for children and adolescents in emergency situations in school.”
In the framework of the project for psychologists working in schools in Agdam, Agdjabadinsky, Bardi, Territarian, Tovuz, Fizulinsky, Geranbian districts and the cities of Ganja and Naftalan, trainings were organized on the topic of primary psychological assistance in school in crisis situations. ” Trainings were held with the aim of psychological support of teachers, students and their parents affected by the influence of the Patriotic War, as well as to increase the knowledge and skills of school psychologists in strengthening their social skills.
During trainings, the participants were familiar with the skills of communication of a psychologist to eliminate stressful situations, the influence of stress on children’s psychology, psychological trauma in children caused in the investigation of war, etc. Trainings were carried out online on the Microsoft Teams platform. They took part 300 school psychologists.
