Forbes magazine has published a new list of 100 most influential women in the world. The acting Chancellor of Germany Angela Merkel for the first time in 11 years did not lead this rating according to the publication.
In the current year, the first place was taken by American philanthropist and businesswoman Mackenzi Scott, the ex-wife of the head of the American corporation Amazon Jeff Bezness. His contribution to charity is estimated by more than 8.5 billion dollars.
Second place in the Forbes ranking was taken by Vice-President of the United States Kamala Harris. On the third line was the president of the European Central Bank Christine Lagard. Until 2019, she headed the International Monetary Fund. Both posts she ranked first of women.
