After long negotiations with Baku it was time to sign an agreement and move forward to achieve peace in the South Caucasus and open economic capabilities.
About this, the Foreign Ministry of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan stated at a joint press conference with the Deputy Prime Minister, Foreign Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Murat Nurtleu in Astana on Thursday, March 27.
