Foreign Minister Of Japan Was Banned From Entering Russia

Russia closed the entrance to its territory to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Japan Takesi Ivai.

This is stated in the message posted on the website of the Foreign Ministry of the Russian Federation.

Foreign Ministry reports that within the framework of the response measures for the ongoing so -called sanctions actions of the official Tokyo in relation to Russia in connection with the “Special Military Operation”, a decision was made on an unlimited ban on entry into the Russian Federation of Foreign Minister Japan Takesi.

The current and former ambassadors of Japan in Ukraine Masashi Konagome and Kuninori Matsuda, the senior vice-president of the Japanese agency for international cooperation (Jica) of the Jica Office in Ukraine Hideki Matsunaga are also included in the Russian stop list.

According to this information, entry to Russia is also prohibited for the leaders of a number of Japanese companies: IHI Corporation President Hiroshi Idae, head of Isuzu Motors Sinsuke Minami, President of Prodrone Sunsuke Toya and the head of Cyberdyne Esiyuki Sankaya.
