Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Murat Nurtleu, held a bilateral meeting with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran Seaedom Abbas Arakchi.
According to the press service of the Kazakhstan Foreign Ministry, the meeting was held on the fields of the 28th meeting of the Council of Foreign Affairs of the Member States of the Organization for Economic Cooperation (SEC).
The head of the foreign policy of Kazakhstan drew special attention to the intensification of bilateral trade cooperation and the development of further specific measures in this direction. In this context, he spoke about the upcoming visits at a high level of Iran, which will give a new impetus to the economic relations of Astana and Tehran.
In turn, Arakchi expressed his readiness to fully use the great potential of both countries to realize agreements and agreements reached at the highest and high levels.
During the meeting, ministers also discussed the implementation of transport, logistics and joint investment projects, as well as “checked watches” on topical international and regional issues.
