Foreign Minister of OIS countries will discuss incidents with burning of Qur’an

An extraordinary meeting of foreign ministers of the Islamic cooperation organization (OII), dedicated to incidents with the burning of the Qur’an in two Scandinavian countries, is scheduled for July 31.

This was announced by the representative of the Iranian Foreign Ministry Nasseri, the Irna agency reports.

“On a joint proposal of Foreign Ministers of Iran and Iraq, the organization agreed on an extraordinary meeting of foreign ministers on Monday, July 31. It will discuss incidents with the desecration of the Holy Koran in Sweden and Denmark,” said the gangs.

The gannar noted that the initiative of the meeting was made by Iranian Foreign Minister Amir Abdollahian during telephone negotiations with his colleagues from a number of Islamic countries, including Turkey and Kuwait.
