Foreign Minister Of Turkey: Declaration Signed Between Somalia And Ethiopia Is Reflection Of Confidence In Turkey

The resolution of the dispute between Somalia and Ethiopia through the mediation and support of President Recep Tayyip Erdogan is a reflection of confidence in Turkey.

This is the Foreign Minister of Turkey Hakan Fidan wrote on the social network X, commenting on the Ankarin declaration signed the day before between Somalia and Ethiopia through the mediation of the Turkish leader.

The Minister noted the completion of an important stage on the way to resolving long -standing disputes between Somalia and Ethiopia. “Thanks to the diplomatic efforts that were taken for eight months, and our president Mr. Recep Tyipu Erdogan, who personally led the process, Turkey initiated a historical step that will contribute to stability, peace and prosperity on the African continent,” the head of Turkish diplomacy wrote.
