Yerevan asked to postpone the meeting at the level of the heads of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, Armenia and Russia until the situation on the Lachinsky road was settled, the Armenian media reported by Armenia Vaan Unanyan told the Armenian media.
Earlier, the Russian Foreign Ministry said that the Armenian side abandoned tripartite negotiations, which were planned for December 23 in Moscow.
