The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine called the “barbaric” attack in the Donetsk region, as a result of which three employees of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) were killed.
The department said that the attack is “a barbaric attack on the fundamental principles of international law, the UN Charter and universal values.”
