The fire that began the day before in the Shabra region continues to this day. As a result of a fire in the villages of Dag Bilidzhi, Mumlu, Gazmis, Pirabe, Zhrams and Sumagawa Gasmas were damaged by more than 20 farms. Houses burned in the fire, haystacks, trunk, fields, pets died.
In the village of Dag Bilidzhi, Bayram Agasiev’s house completely burned down. The fire, which began with the haystack, spread to the house. Since the owner was a master of musical instruments, a folklore archive, several containers and materials for their manufacture were stored in his house. None of these items could be saved.
According to the residents of Dag Bilidzhi, their village suffered most. During the fire, the damage was caused at least 15 households on an area of 500 hectares.
“At first the forest was burning, then the fire began to spread. It is difficult to extinguish the fire because of a strong wind,” says Haqqin.az, one of the locals.

Due to the strong wind, the fire came close to the famous Galalta hotel. According to Haqqin.az, one of the employees of the recreation center, the fireproof forces of the Ministry of Emergencies surrounded the territory around the hotel. Although the risk of fire is not great, the hotel employees are preparing for any development of events.
“The hotel is in such an area that the spread of fire to its territory is unlikely,” the Galaalt said.
