Abdurrahman Vesirov was born on May 26, 1930 in the village of Binagadi. After graduating from 1952, the Azerbaijan Industrial Institute of Vezirov for many years worked in the Komsomol, and then he was a diplomat in India, Nepal and Pakistan.
In 1988, he was appointed first secretary of the Central Committee of the CP Azerbaijan, actually leading the republic. Vezirov left his position on January 18, 1990 on the eve of the input of Soviet troops in Baku.
