Former world chess champion Anatoly Karpov is hospitalized

Ex-champion of the world in chess and State Duma deputy Anatoly Karpov was hospitalized. According to his daughter, unknown people attacked him. However, officially this version has not yet been confirmed, Russian media write.

The version of the attack was voiced by Russian Telegram channels. It is reported that the 71-year-old Grassmaster was found on October 29 on the street near the State Duma in an unconscious state. According to sources, he was drunk.
