The corresponding set of the TURGE of Turkish Ministry of Trade is published on Saturday in the official Bulletin of the Government – Resmi Gazete.
The agreement on preferential trade between the Turkish Republic and the Republic of Uzbekistan was signed on March 29, 2022. The document was approved by the Presidential Decree of May 12, 2023.
The decree regulates the procedures and principles regarding the preferential rules of the origin of goods and methods of administrative cooperation within the framework of the agreement. In this context, goods received in the participating country will be considered “taking place.”
Decree will enter into force on July 1.
